Role of the Job

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service, strong team leadership, and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves leading by example, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a positive, energetic environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily business operations and lead the team in their absence.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and bring the Hungry Horse brand to life.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure all brand standards are met and safety protocols are maintained.
• Adapt quickly to challenges during busy shifts and maintain smooth service.
