Role of the Job

• Provide exceptional customer support by managing service activations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience for clients in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts through the full service activation process
• Inform customers about scheduling, appointments, and service activation timelines
• Utilize relevant systems effectively to access information and provide accurate solutions
• Engage customers using effective questioning techniques to identify and resolve issues
• Prioritize workloads efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
• Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to improving customer satisfaction
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Analytical and technical aptitude, with familiarity in database and telecommunication systems
• Strong understanding of operational processes, workflows, and service networks
