Job Details

  • Job Title: Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative
  • Job Type: Full-time regular
  • Location: United States (remote)
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (may be below minimum wage in some states)
  • Hours: 8:00am-11:00pm EST, Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Handle Incoming Calls: Manage a steady volume of calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topics
  • Provide Solutions: Answer questions, resolve issues, and offer effective solutions to customers
  • Medicare Expertise: Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs
  • Customer Service: Actively listen, provide politeness, and focus on servicing the caller

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: Not required but a plus
  • Background Check: Successful completion required
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Reliable internet connection (25 Download, 10 Upload)
    • Computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headset (provided by Conduent)
    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
