  • Location: Remote (United States) — with offices in NYC, Austin, Miami, Mountain View, and other U.S. hubs
  • Compensation: $115K–$130K annual on-target earnings, based on experience and qualifications

Role of the Job

  • Provide hands-on product and technical support for YipitData’s Signals platform, ensuring reliability, rapid issue resolution, and a seamless customer experience for enterprise clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound tickets and user feedback through Intercom and Jira
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues using browser tools, logs, and basic SQL queries
  • Verify account entitlements, resolve access issues, and coordinate with admins for corrections
  • Conduct data quality checks after updates and ensure accurate rendering of key metrics
  • Monitor app dashboards using analytics tools like Mixpanel and Datadog for incident detection and response
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and internal support playbooks
  • Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new features and ensure release readiness
  • Ensure compliance documentation and user-facing policies are updated and accurate

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in product support, QA, technical support, or customer success for a SaaS platform
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with customer empathy
  • Understanding of web technologies: HTTP/REST, JSON, cookies, SSO, and session management
  • Proficiency in basic SQL for verification and data validation
  • Experience with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Mixpanel, and Datadog
  • Clear and concise writing skills for documentation and internal communication
  • Proactive mindset with ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial or analytics products
  • Familiarity with role-based access systems or data/reporting pipelines
  • Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) for automation or data checks
