Job Description:

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you’ll consult with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits, explain available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs. You’ll establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, perform benefit reviews, and provide attentive customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on benefits
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Perform benefit reviews and help with claims or adjustments
• Provide customer service and administrative support
