Job Description:
Wooshelf is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Account Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support or client account management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chats
- Update and maintain account records within internal systems
- Provide general account assistance and respond to routine inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve account requests
- Support documentation, follow-ups, and daily account-related tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support or client account management (helpful but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and collaboration tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
