Job Description:

Promenade is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a CSM, you will play a vital role in delivering value to clients, building relationships, and ensuring strong customer retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who is empathetic, driven, and loves solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of a book of business and ensure clients receive value from Promenade
Maintain high retention and build trust and rapport with clients
Drive adoption of Promenade’s products and services
Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion
Handle support requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Act as an advocate for Promenade’s partners and provide outstanding service

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a Customer Success role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up new tools and systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
