Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Writer to craft compelling, accurate, and engaging content across various digital platforms. You’ll transform complex ideas into clear, concise, and captivating narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality digital content including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy
- Proofread and copy edit all materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to AP style and Chicago Manual of Style standards
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to guarantee the accuracy of all published content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and verify technical details for specialized topics
- Edit drafts for clarity, tone, flow, and engagement while maintaining the original message’s integrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in journalism, copywriting, or technical writing with a strong portfolio
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Proficiency in proofreading, copy editing, editing, and research techniques
- Familiarity with AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, and other editorial standards
- Strong research skills to gather accurate information from credible sources
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with word processing software and content management systems is preferred
