Job Description:
SDQ LLC is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Virtual Customer Representative. You’ll assist customers and support daily activities, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and communication tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer interactions and update details in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Monitor open tasks and ensure proper follow-up
Requirements:
