Job Description:

Elder Research, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MANTECH International Corporation, is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities. You’ll work remotely and collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to drive mission operations, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI/ML integration
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML solutions
• Conduct gap analyses to determine where automation and predictive analytics can enhance workflows
• Support solution design, testing, and validation
• Analyze existing processes and recommend AI-driven optimizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of machine learning workflows and predictive analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives in mission-driven or regulated environments
• Background in process transformation, automation strategy, or predictive analytics implementation
• Experience preparing impact assessments and business cases for technology adoption
