Job Description:
Harbor Litigation Solutions is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support litigation teams and internal operations! You’ll transform complex datasets into actionable insights, build reports and dashboards, and drive workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze datasets related to litigation and investigations
- Build reports and dashboards for leadership and clients
- Perform quality control audits and data validation
- Support AI-assisted document review workflows
- Extract and normalize data from platforms like Relativity
- Identify patterns and anomalies in datasets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or litigation support
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and large datasets (100k+ records)
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working remotely and managing time independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
- Familiarity with Relativity, Power BI, or Tableau
- Understanding of structured coding workflows and review analytics
- Exposure to AI/LLM-assisted workflows
