Job Description:
Join the Mental Health & Learning Disability NHS Trust and make a difference! You’ll work as part of a team in Secure Inpatient Services, supporting patients with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own social work caseload, working autonomously with less complex cases
- Contribute to education and training of social work students and others
- Take part in audits, service development, and research
- Promote the social work profession and social work practice
- Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and families
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Social Work (or pending)
- Current registration with Social Work England (or pending)
- IELTS level 6 for international recruits
- Experience of working in a variety of practice areas
- Ability to work flexibly and co-operatively as part of a team
