Salary: $44,000 – $54,000 a yearNote: Part-time role. Equivalent to $42–$52/hour at 20 hrs/week, or $28–$35/hour at 30 hrs/week. Final rate based on experience and hours.

Job Description:


VIKTech LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team and support daily business and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to handle assigned tasks efficiently, anticipate needs, and work with minimal supervision.

This role is critical to keeping workflows efficient and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. You will work directly with leadership to manage schedules, communications, and administrative processes. Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across time zones. Block focus time, resolve conflicts, and send agendas + reminders.
  • Email & Inbox Management: Handle email inbox including sorting, prioritizing, drafting replies, and managing follow-ups so nothing gets missed.
  • Data Entry & Records: Perform accurate data entry and maintain business records in Google Sheets. Keep contact lists, trackers, and databases updated.
  • Document Organization: Organize documents and files in Google Drive. Maintain folder structures, version control, and sharing permissions.
  • Research & Reporting: Assist with research tasks and compile simple reports in Google Docs or Sheets with clear summaries and sources.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, send Zoom links, prep materials, track action items, and set reminders for key deadlines.
  • Operational Support: Handle basic operational and clerical tasks including form submissions, online research, vendor outreach, and light project tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • 1+ year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
  • High attention to detail and organization — you catch errors before others do
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines without hand-holding
  • Experience with Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Trello. Basic understanding of business operations or startups
