PBX Steps is hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Chat Support Agent to provide professional live chat assistance to clients, families, and partners. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others in the behavioral health community.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries through live chat platforms
- Assist with appointment scheduling and service navigation
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service or chat support experience preferred
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Behavioral health or healthcare knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
