PBX Steps is hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Chat Support Agent to provide professional live chat assistance to clients, families, and partners. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others in the behavioral health community.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through live chat platforms
• Assist with appointment scheduling and service navigation
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of customer service or chat support experience preferred
• Strong written communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Behavioral health or healthcare knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
