Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, and related tools
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI
- Design and optimise databases in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Identify trends and business improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Manage analytics projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Create reports, workflows, and technical documentation using Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Automate data processing tasks using VBA and Bash scripting
- Support database security, integrity, and compliance initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of database design and business analysis techniques
- Experience with VBA scripting and Bash/Unix shell automation
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to present complex findings through clear visual reports and dashboards
