Overview
Radley James is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Typescript / Next.js) for a fast-growing AI startup in London. The company is developing advanced AI-powered software that helps large industrial and infrastructure businesses improve efficiency, safety, and decision-making.
This is a highly product-focused role where you will work directly with users, design solutions, and build scalable systems from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with users to understand workflows and operational challenges
- Design and build full-stack features from scratch
- Develop systems that integrate AI into real-world applications
- Improve how data is captured, processed, and presented
- Collaborate with founders to shape product direction
- Build solutions that support both offline and online functionality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Strong experience with Typescript and Next.js
- Ability to build and ship end-to-end systems
- Strong product mindset with ownership mentality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Interest in AI-driven products and real-world applications
