The Role
You will join a small, high-ownership engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems and user-facing product experiences. The role offers full-stack ownership from design to deployment and monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship production-grade features end-to-end
- Work across frontend, backend, deployment, and infrastructure
- Iterate quickly using direct customer feedback
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and GTM teams
- Take ownership of projects from architecture to monitoring

- Strong product intuition and collaboration skills
- Ability to design reliable and maintainable systems

Compensation & Benefits
- £80,000 – £130,000 base salary
