Revolut’s 12-month Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in fintech. Participants will work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, receive structured training, and explore different business areas.

About the Role
Revolut is looking for Graduate Product Designers to help create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Successful candidates will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to build customer-focused financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Research user needs and customer behaviour
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Conduct customer testing and improve designs based on feedback
- Review product performance and identify improvements
Requirements
- Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Degree in Design or related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability in 2027
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience
Relocation & Visa Support
The programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to Revolut tech hubs in:
- Poland
- Portugal
- Spain
- UAE
- United Kingdom
Visa assistance, travel support, and first-month accommodation may be provided.
