Role Overview
The Junior Analyst will support the EMEA Distribution Management Team across both Business Management and Strategy & Execution functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business strategy, financial analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement within a global investment firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality presentations focused on business strategy and key priorities.
- Assist in executing strategic projects alongside senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Extract, manipulate, and summarise data from Salesforce dashboards.
- Analyse market flows, assets under management (AUM), and asset-class performance data.
- Monitor and report on business financial performance and fund flows.
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards for key business metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
- Confidence creating presentations and communicating insights through PowerPoint.
- Experience using coding techniques to manipulate and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial and market data from multiple sources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Open to school leavers seeking entry-level industry experience.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.
