Summary
A Care Support Assistant role is available to provide one-to-one, person-centred support for an individual living in the SW12 area of London. This position focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and daily living support. Full training is provided, making it suitable for both experienced carers and those new to health and social care.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care support and daily living assistance
- Medication administration (after training)
- Meal and drink preparation
- Household tasks (cleaning, laundry, tidying)
- Appointment booking and basic admin support
- Scribing and record keeping
- Companionship and emotional support
Client Support Needs
The individual requires support with multiple complex conditions, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (PDA traits)
- ADHD
- Severe sensory processing difficulties
- Fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions
- Sleep disorder
- Anxiety, OCD, and agoraphobia symptoms
- Dyslexia and dyspraxia
- Visual processing and perception challenges
Person Specification
Essential Requirements
- Caring and empathetic nature
