Key Responsibilities

As a DevOps Analyst, you will play a vital role in coordinating delivery, service management, governance, and DevOps activities across multiple teams.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Coordinating delivery, operational, and service activities across Agile and DevOps teams.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Managing risks, dependencies, governance documentation, and delivery actions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, service managers, and product owners.
• Tracking and reporting operational and delivery performance metrics.
• Supporting ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Monitoring CI/CD pipeline activities and release readiness.
• Leading post-incident reviews and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
• Maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, playbooks, and process standards.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit, security, and documentation requirements.
• Promoting DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ITSM platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience analyzing operational and delivery metrics.
• Strong documentation and governance capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
