About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence engineering capabilities. This position combines technical leadership with people management, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both hands-on engineering and leading high-performing teams.
You will work on modern AI technologies, including agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-native platforms, and responsible AI deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI engineering strategy and technical delivery.
- Build and manage high-performing AI engineering teams.
- Develop enterprise AI platforms and production-ready AI solutions.
- Design and implement agentic and autonomous AI systems.
- Oversee AI security, governance, compliance, and safety.
- Develop cloud-native AI infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Promote engineering best practices and innovation.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have:
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong expertise with the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure Cognitive Services
- Experience designing Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Prompt engineering expertise.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
