About the Role
This newly created role is ideal for an experienced healthcare or public health professional with a strong background in data analysis, audit, service assurance, or operational performance.
You will help shape strategic decision-making by providing meaningful healthcare insights, identifying risks, improving service quality, and supporting the launch of new healthcare services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisation-wide service assurance and audit programmes.
- Develop audit frameworks and quality assurance tools.

- Identify service risks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Support mobilisation of new healthcare services and locations.
- Monitor service readiness and contractual compliance.
- Assist senior leadership with strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Promote continuous improvement across healthcare operations.
