Working Pattern: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

About the Role

Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of Domestic & General, a trusted provider supporting nearly 9 million UK customers with appliance protection services.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling with enquiries, service requests, and account-related issues. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently.

Essential Requirements

Training

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive paid training including:

  • 4 weeks of training.
  • Initial 2 weeks:
    • Monday to Friday
    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
