Care Support Worker – St. Anne’s | UK Based Applicants Only

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Provide personal care where required.
- Support clients with daily living activities and domestic duties.
- Maintain accurate care records using the Nourish digital care management system.
- Safely assist with mobility using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent care.
- Communicate effectively with families, carers, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Participate in mandatory training and use digital systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Nourish.
Essential Requirements
- Willing to provide personal care and practical support.
- Able to complete accurate written and electronic care records.
- Willing to learn and use digital care management systems.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Hold a Care Certificate or be willing to work towards obtaining one.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, using hoists, pushing wheelchairs and undertaking night work where required. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in accordance with the Equality Act.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working in a care setting, either professionally or as an unpaid family carer.
