Sponsorship Switch Opportunity
Avanti Homecare is currently reviewing applications from candidates already in the UK who require a Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship transfer.
Although interviews for sponsorship candidates are temporarily paused, eligible applicants will be placed in the Sponsorship Switch Talent Pool and contacted when sponsored vacancies become available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Homecare Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality care in clients’ homes.
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals.
- Support medication administration.
- Help with shopping, laundry, and light household duties.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate care records and visit notes.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- At least 1 year of care experience.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Access to a car, motorbike, or moped.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Salary & Working Hours
- £13.40 per hour
- £2.10 per client visit
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours weekly
- Full-time rota covering mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
