Front Desk Clerk Responsibilities
The successful candidates will perform a variety of hotel front-desk and guest-service duties, including:
- Making and confirming daily reservations.

Visa-Related Fees
The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker during the first workweek for eligible visa, visa-processing, border-crossing and other related fees incurred by the worker and required by the government.
Passport expenses and certain charges primarily benefiting the worker may not be included.
Transportation
If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, the employer will arrange and pay for, or reimburse, inbound transportation and daily subsistence expenses subject to the applicable conditions.
If the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early, the employer will arrange and pay for, or reimburse, eligible return transportation and daily subsistence back home or to the worker’s original departure location.
The transportation reimbursement is based on the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
Daily Subsistence
The listed daily subsistence amount is:
Minimum: $16.78/day
Maximum: $68/day with receipts
Workers who voluntarily abandon employment may not be entitled to certain outbound transportation costs or the full three-fourths work guarantee.
Three-Fourths Work Guarantee
