The Digital Content Officer will create high-quality digital content and help Career Connect make effective use of its digital channels.
The position combines content creation, website management, SEO, GEO, analytics, digital campaigns and user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation
- Find and develop stories that inspire audiences.
- Create high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Produce platform-specific content, including video.
- Develop content that supports Career Connect’s mission.
- Increase online visibility and engagement.
Digital Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Create content for different digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Use analytics to measure impact.
- Apply insights to improve engagement.
Website Management
- Manage website content on a day-to-day basis.
- Update and maintain web pages.
- Improve the digital user experience.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Optimise content for search and discovery.
SEO and GEO
- Create well-written, search-optimised content.
- Apply SEO and GEO principles.
- Improve the visibility and discoverability of digital content.
Analytics
- Monitor digital performance.
- Analyse engagement data.
- Identify trends and opportunities.
- Use insights to improve content and campaigns.
User Journeys and CRM
- Develop integrated digital user journeys.
- Incorporate CRM into relevant user journeys.
- Help audiences move effectively between digital channels and services.
Supporting Colleagues
- Empower colleagues to create digital content.
- Share digital content knowledge and best practices.
- Support teams in using digital channels effectively.
