You will work directly with customers in a Jobcentre environment, providing practical guidance, motivation and tailored support. The role involves dealing with people from diverse backgrounds, understanding their individual circumstances and helping them overcome barriers to employment.

This is an office-based position requiring regular attendance at your assigned Jobcentre. You will also communicate with customers through telephone and digital channels.
