About the Role
Marsh is recruiting an Entry-Level Data Analyst (Excel, Power BI) to join its Claims Insights team in Norwich.
Reporting to the Claims Insights Team Leader, the successful candidate will produce standardised and bespoke claims and wider data analytics reports for clients. The role also involves working with key business stakeholders and supporting wider claims analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Merge and consolidate complex data from multiple sources.
- Produce claims data summaries and analytical insights.
- Prepare standard and bespoke data reports for clients.
- Analyse performance trends and anomalies in claims histories.
- Support Marsh’s Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders.
- Work with Claims Executives, Client Executives and Operational Risk Consultants.
- Support bespoke reporting and present findings to clients where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
- Develop new solutions to support business and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Claims Solutions and Operational Risk Consulting teams.
- Support automation and efficiency improvements across analytics teams.
- Maintain and develop technical data analytics skills.
Requirements
- Good level of education, preferably in computing, data or a related subject.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Hybrid Working
This is a hybrid role based in Norwich.
Marsh states that colleagues are expected to work from their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
