Job Overview
Creative Support is recruiting an experienced and compassionate Female Team Leader to join its supported living services in the Dudley area of the West Midlands.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex health needs and autism.
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated support team while helping four women living together in a welcoming bungalow in Stourbridge to enjoy greater independence, dignity and wellbeing.

About the Role
Creative Support is looking for a motivated Team Leader who can provide effective leadership while maintaining a person-centred approach to support.
You will work with four women who live together in a bungalow with a garden in Stourbridge. All four residents are wheelchair users and have complex health needs, including dysphagia and epilepsy.
Each person has individual interests, preferences, personalities and aspirations. The successful Team Leader will help create an environment where everyone is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinating Personalised Support
- Supporting safe medication administration.
- Providing emotional reassurance.
- Supporting mobility and personal care.
- Supporting residents during meals.
- Encouraging meaningful activities.

Leading and Supporting Staff
- Supervising, coaching and motivating staff.
