What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and ensuring that relevant employee data remains accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining HR systems and databases.

  • Reviewing and improving HR reporting processes.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc Management Information reports.
  • Preparing Civil Service data returns.

  • Supporting improvements to HR systems and services.
  • Identifying, testing and implementing system updates and changes.

  • Carrying out payroll reconciliation.

  • Supporting reward projects, including the annual pay award.
