About the role
Homes England is recruiting an Officer – Projects Support to join the Help to Buy Equity Loans Transformation Programme, one of its significant service transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a central role in a high-profile, fast-paced programme focused on reshaping how one of the country’s largest residential loan portfolios is operated.
You will join a collaborative team working to strengthen service integrity, reduce operational and financial risk, and improve customer outcomes.
As part of the role, you will apply robust PMO controls, strengthen programme discipline, improve delivery control and support informed decision-making across a multi-year transformation programme.
You will maintain the structures, data and processes required for effective governance, assurance, risk management, reporting and decision-making.
The role will involve working closely with colleagues across the programme and external delivery partners to ensure the programme is well coordinated, evidence-based and focused on delivering value for money.
About you
Homes England is looking for someone who can provide high-quality PMO and delivery support across the programme.
You should be:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and structured in your approach
- Proactive in identifying issues, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace
- Able to analyse information, identify inconsistencies and clearly communicate their implications
- Confident working with a broad range of stakeholders and maintaining positive working relationships
- Skilled in maintaining templates, processes, registers, logs, documentation and controls
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools
