• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues
• Manage a high volume of inquiries via email, phone, and chat

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of payroll and tax fundamentals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
