Job Description:
Coalition Technologies is seeking a skilled Admin Reporting Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with expertise in Microsoft programs and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Write comprehensive bi-monthly SEO campaign reports and initial SEO campaign reports for clients
- Proofread and QA campaign reports completed by other team members
- Provide strategy insight and analysis of trends and opportunities for client campaigns
- Track internal to-do’s and deliverables, and regularly provide status reports to other teams and stakeholders
- Develop monthly special reports for clients regarding SEO best practices
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Expertise in Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
Salary:
- Starting base pay ranges between $15 – $35 per hour (California, New York, Washington, and Colorado)
- Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority
