Job Description:


InteLogix is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our organization. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers via phone
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries
  • Resolve complaints and guide customers through solutions
  • Maintain thorough understanding of products, services, and policies
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of call center experience required
  • Strong typing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
