Job Description:
Firstsource Solutions is seeking a rockstar Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! We’re a leading provider of Business Process Management services, working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. You’ll conduct outbound calls, document customer transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines – all from the comfort of your remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed
- Document customer transactions accurately in our host system
- Ensure optimal phone coverage by adhering to scheduled shifts
- Safeguard PHI and follow Information Security Policies
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of healthcare claims experience (a plus!)
- Basic mathematical skills and intermediate typing skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to change
- Good communication skills and self-motivation a must!
