Job Description:
Veterans Global Consulting is a fast-growing, mission-driven firm dedicated to assisting veterans through the VA disability claims process. We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the Director of Operations and assist with daily administrative and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar coordination and confirm client appointments
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews on documents prior to submission
- Create, manage, and maintain organized Google Sheets to track tasks and deadlines
- Assist with task management systems (ClickUp, Dubsado, or similar platforms)
- Support intake and preparation departments with coordination and follow-up
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage structured Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
