About the Role
Cora is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join its Bolton diagnostic services.
The successful candidate will support Sonographers during clinical sessions and help deliver high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic services.
You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care, comfort and support throughout their appointments.
Training is provided, with further career development opportunities available within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of clinics.
- Assist with the care and comfort of patients.
- Support Sonographers during examinations.
- Prepare clinical rooms before the start of clinical sessions.
- Use patient information systems, including Soliton and PACS.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels within designated clinics.
- Order supplies when required.
- Maintain a patient-centred and quality-focused approach.
- Ensure patients have access to a chaperone when required.
- Maintain professional standards at all times.
- Protect patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Work flexibly across multiple sites in Bolton.
