Role of the Job

Manage client billing accounts, resolve payment issues, and drive revenue cycle efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing accounts, identify issues, and follow up for timely resolution
• Communicate with clients to address invoices, disputes, and payment arrangements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing delays and ensure accurate invoicing
• Provide weekly balance updates and monthly reports on past-due clients
• Analyze billing trends and implement targeted improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of medical billing and collections experience
• Healthcare-related education or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, and medical billing systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
