Role of the Job

Support clients and candidates across the EMEA region by processing background checks, resolving process issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a bilingual capacity. Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment while adhering to data protection and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate background checks via third-party services and internal systems
  • Communicate with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across EMEA
  • Process and analyse check results according to client requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to resolve process-related issues
  • Review case files for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to incoming emails, calls, and requests
  • Obtain feedback to maintain quality control
  • Complete mandatory technical and GDPR training
  • Demonstrate company values and foster a positive culture
  • Undertake other relevant duties within the team

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and either Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian, or German
  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and manage time effectively
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Action-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to urgency
  • Interest in human capital, technology, and process improvement
