Job Summary:
TechTrueUP is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst with strong experience in the Microsoft analytics ecosystem to support R&D Business Operations. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and drive business decisions using data, automation, and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automated data comparisons, dashboards, alerts, and master datasets
- Create clear, compelling dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- Process, filter, clean, standardize, and restructure large datasets
- Implement process automation using Power Automate and AI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific field
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
