IT Service Analyst Role Summary
DE&S is looking for an IT Service Analyst with strong knowledge and experience in Information Assurance, Security Governance, IT service management, compliance and operational controls.
The successful candidate will support effective service governance and lifecycle management while ensuring information systems meet relevant regulatory, security, policy and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Service Analyst, you will:
- Support monitoring of services and product lifecycles.
- Use appropriate tools, techniques and processes to track and log information.
- Help maintain data integrity and identify process improvements.
- Support risk and issue management processes.
- Escalate risks and issues where appropriate.
- Support relationships with Digital Live Services suppliers.
- Work with stakeholders, customers and service users.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant IT regulatory requirements.
- Support effective IT service governance and operational controls.
- Contribute to lifecycle assurance across information systems and services.
- Help monitor governance, licensing and security obligations.
Essential Experience and Skills

- Experience within an IT Service Analyst environment.

Security Clearance Requirement
