Omni Mount Washington, LLC dba Omni Mount Washington Resort is looking for a reliable and skilled Housekeeper to join our team for the peak season. The ideal candidate should be able to handle assigned cleaning and guest room tasks efficiently, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Located in Bretton Woods, NH, the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is a historic, world-class resort known for exceptional service, alpine skiing, and luxury amenities. No prior experience required — we provide full on-the-job training. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space for guests, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, in-room kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms to resort standards. Make beds, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure rooms are presentation-ready.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean conference facilities, halls, spa areas, windows, mirrors, and public spaces. Vacuum, mop, extract/shampoo carpets, and dispose of refuse daily.
  • Linen & Supplies: Remove, sort, fold, carry, and replace linens. Replenish guest room supplies and set up meeting room furniture according to resort specifications.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Follow all sanitation policies and procedures. Ensure rooms and common areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Setup & Presentation: Arrange furniture, pictures, and amenities to match resort design standards for both guest rooms and event spaces.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or education required — training provided
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
  • Must be able to work a 5-day schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Conversational English required for communication with guests and supervisors
  • Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and be willing to undergo drug testing upon reasonable suspicion.
  • H-2B visa eligible candidates welcome

Salary: $17.28 – $19.00 per hour
Overtime available at $25.92 – $28.50 per hour after 40 hours per week. Wages may increase based on experience, performance, tenure, and market conditions.

Job benefits:

  • Housing: Optional employee-shared offsite housing available at $125-$165/week including utilities + $10/week refundable security deposit
  • Meals: Free employee cafeteria meals if residing in employer housing
  • Transportation: Free transportation between employer housing and worksite. If you complete 50% of the contract, employer pays/reimburses transportation + subsistence from recruitment location to worksite. Return transportation provided upon contract completion or early dismissal.
  • Visa Costs: Reimbursement in first work week for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other government-mandated fees
  • Uniform & Equipment: Uniform and all tools/supplies provided at no cost
  • Training: Full on-the-job training provided
  • Work Guarantee: Employer guarantees 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period, subject to Department of Labor enforcement

Work Schedule: 35 hours/week, Saturday to Friday. 8-hour shifts between 7am–3pm, 12pm–8pm, 3pm–11pm, 4pm–12am, 5pm–1am, or 9pm–5am. Schedule varies with occupancy and events.
