HammondCare is hiring Experienced Home Care Workers to support elderly people, individuals with disabilities, and clients recovering from illness to live independently in their homes across Australia.

This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who enjoy helping people with daily living activities while providing emotional and practical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and helping with feeding
• Cleaning homes, laundry, and shopping assistance
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with appointments and transportation
• Assisting with medication reminders
• Helping with mobility and exercise routines
• Writing care notes and following care plans
