About The Role
As a Registered Nurse (RMN) at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you’ll use your compassion and experience to deliver the high-quality care and support the organisation is known for.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll provide care and support to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You’ll help improve patients’ quality of life by ensuring their needs are met while treating every patient with dignity and respect.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and supervising excellent nursing care
- Supporting patients with complex mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Undertaking risk assessments
- Working collaboratively within a clinical team
- Listening carefully to patients and responding to their needs
About You
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks
- Experience producing care plans and conducting risk assessments
- Ability to work effectively within a clinical team
- Compassionate and proactive approach to patient care
