Overview
RGH-Global Limited is recruiting a Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) to join a healthcare provider in a nursing home setting in Londonderry. This role offers clinical leadership responsibility and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
You will deliver resident-centered nursing care while supervising care teams and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Follow NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Maintain dignity, privacy, and independence of residents
- Collaborate with GPs, therapists, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Report incidents and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and inspection standards
Induction & Training (5 Days)
Day 1: Company introduction, policies, and facility orientation
Day 2: Nursing processes and multidisciplinary teamwork
Day 3: Health & Safety, infection control, manual handling
Day 4: Healthcare legislation and regulatory bodies
Day 5: Support services and operational roles
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- UK nursing home experience required
- Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills
- Knowledge of COSHH, RIDDOR, HACCP
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Commitment to continuous professional development
