Job Overview
CH&CO is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its remote team. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing visually compelling tender submissions, pitch decks, and supporting materials that help secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce tender submissions using Adobe InDesign.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Transform complex operational content into engaging graphics and diagrams.
- Collaborate with Bid Managers, Operations teams, Chefs, and Marketing departments.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ensure accurate version control and file management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating bids, proposals, or commercial submissions.
- Strong visual storytelling and infographic design skills.
- Excellent typography, layout, and branding knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, workplace experience, or facilities management is an advantage.
