Job Overview
Pennon Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Data Analyst to join its Wastewater Services team in Exeter.
In this role, you will transform complex operational and customer data into meaningful insights that support smarter decision-making, improve planning efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance overall service performance.
You will work closely with planning, operational, customer service, and project teams to identify trends, predict future demands, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide clear insights into planning, scheduling efficiency, operational performance, and customer impact.
- Analyze operational, field, and customer data to identify trends and performance issues.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for service improvements.
- Support continuous improvement projects using data-driven recommendations.
- Create forecasting models and predictive analytics for resource optimization.
- Assist strategic planning through demand forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data informs business decisions.
- Improve data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- Deliver end-to-end visibility of operational processes and customer journeys.
Required Skills and Experience
