Homes England is recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join its Facilities Team in Leeds. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the Leeds office, including facilities services, reception, physical security and maintaining a safe, secure and efficient workplace.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, with an expectation to work in the office Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Facilities Manager for the North and a wider team supporting Homes England’s accommodation, workplace services and facilities management activities.

About the Role
As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the Facilities Team in delivering effective facilities management and physical security services for Homes England’s Leeds office.
The role involves helping maintain a safe, secure and efficient workplace while providing a professional reception and customer service function. You will deal with a high volume of facilities-related tasks and help ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to facilities management projects and support improvements to the way workplace services are delivered.
